Media Solutions for Real Estate and Vacation Rentals

Down South Publishers of Hilton Head Island, SC is a leading provider of real estate and vacation rental print media publications. In addition, our company has a growing number of local, regional, and national web portals featuring real estate and vacation rentals throughout the country.

A technology leader in the field a real estate web media, our Core360 module enables agents and rental companies to automatically feed a single property listings to the appropriate local, regional, and national web sites. In addition, we have developed our own mapping technology that not only showcases advertiser listings, but it can also be integrated into the agent or rental company web site.

Note To Existing Customers

If you have a login ID and password for the old Hilton Head 360 web site you can login to DownSouth360 with that same user ID. However, you will need to reset your password before logging in to the site. Simply click the Lost Password link at the Advertiser Login and request a new password. Again, your username is the same as the old Hilton Head 360 web site.

If for some reason you are unable to login with your old username and new password, please contact your Down South representative.

Online Advertising

The new Core360 module will allow for multiple online advertising options including banner ads, text link ads, floating ads, page peel ads, video bumper ads, and more. Ads may be purchased for a fixed term as well as pay per click and pay per impression.

In addition, advertisers have the ability to manage their ad campaigns online including updating banners, ad payment, and starting and stopping ad campaigns.

The Core360 Module

The new Core360 module powers our 360 family of web sites. While each site utilizes their own database for content, news, information, and advertising they all share the same real estate and vacation rentals database. What this allows us to do is feed individual real estate listings to the appropriate local, regional, and national 360 family of web sites, in turn allowing our advertising agents and rental companies to gain more exposure for their listings.

We are working to convert our web sites as soon as possible. The first site to utilize the new Core360 module is Coastal 360. The new Hilton Head 360 will be launched in early May 2008. Later this spring we will roll out:

Bluffton 360
Beaufort 360

Additional local, regional and national web sites will also be available in 2008 and 2009.
